Fabric Quality Control :
Upon the start of Knitting process, Ace
Knit Team closes in on Construction details,
Uniform weight, Non banding, Nep & fluff control,
Non bowing and GSM. Processing properties of White,
Colour and Printing of fabrics are tested for
colour shade approvals, bursting strength, Shrinkage
control, Spirality, Sewing performance, Wet &
Dry Rub colour fastness, Wash, Light, Water and
Perspiration fastness and the Neutral PH value
of the fabric. Oeko Tex and GOTS standardization
are also verified if needed. |
